Consumer electronics manufacturer, TCL, has released a curated home entertainment lineup ahead of Father’s Day, spanning four products that draw on its SQD-Mini LED display technology and a partnership with Danish audio brand, Bang & Olufsen.

The range covers two television models, a soundbar and a gaming monitor, with prices starting at $599 for the soundbar and reaching $14,999 for the flagship television in its largest configuration.

Each product in the lineup is built around some combination of TCL’s Mini LED backlighting technology, Bang & Olufsen-tuned audio and, in the case of the two televisions, Google Gemini AI integration.

X11L SQD-Mini LED TV

The X11L is the flagship of the range and is available in 75-inch, 85-inch and 98-inch screen sizes, with recommended retail prices running from $7,999 to $14,999.

The television delivers 10,000-nit HDR brightness, a figure TCL attributes to its SQD-Mini LED backlighting system. The panel uses thousands of individually controlled dimming zones paired with colour filters that TCL says are one-fifth the size of a human hair, a combination intended to produce accurate colour reproduction and deep black levels.

The X11L uses a light-emitting chip and what TCL describes as super-condensed micro-lenses to maintain pixel-level contrast and minimise blooming – the halo effect that can appear around bright objects on darker backgrounds.

Google Gemini is embedded in the TV’s software stack, giving users access to AI-generated content recommendations, live sports score updates and smart home device controls directly from the television interface.

The audio system has been tuned by Bang & Olufsen and is built into the television’s chassis, aiming to deliver room-filling sound without the need for an external speaker system.

C7L SQD-Mini LED TV

The C7L occupies a lower price bracket while retaining several features from the X11L. It is available across five screen sizes – 55-inch, 65-inch, 75-inch, 85-inch and 98-inch – with prices ranging from $1,795 to $7,999.

The television uses the same SQD-Mini LED backlighting approach as the X11L but with a lower peak brightness of up to 3,000 nits. It is built around an HVA 2.0 Pro Panel and offers up to 2,176 individually controlled dimming zones.

TCL has positioned the C7L as a set designed to handle both bright daytime viewing conditions and darker environments, maintaining contrast across varying lighting scenarios.

Bang & Olufsen audio and Google Gemini AI are both present on the C7L, mirroring the feature set of its more expensive sibling.

A65K 3.1.2-Channel Soundbar

The A65K is a 3.1.2-channel soundbar priced at $599 and tuned by Bang & Olufsen. It houses nine drivers in a slim enclosure and supports both Dolby Atmos and DTS:X spatial audio formats.

The soundbar’s acoustic design separates audio processing across three frequency bands – treble, mid-range and bass – using dedicated drivers for each. The 3.1.2-channel configuration includes left, centre and right channels, a subwoofer channel and two upward-firing height channels for spatial audio effects.

TCL has designed the A65K with a low-profile form factor intended to sit beneath a wall-mounted or stand-mounted television without drawing attention from the screen.

32G64 QD-Mini LED Monitor

The 32G64 is a 32-inch monitor built around QD-Mini LED technology, priced at $799. It targets users who split their time between productivity work and gaming.

The panel runs at QHD resolution (2,560 x 1,440) with a 180Hz refresh rate, a combination that prioritises smooth motion rendering. Peak brightness sits at 600 nits, and TCL says the QD-Mini LED backlighting combines characteristics of both QLED and OLED display technologies to deliver strong contrast and colour accuracy.

For connectivity, the monitor includes dual HDMI 2.1 ports and a DisplayPort 1.4A input, allowing multiple devices to remain connected simultaneously without swapping cables. The stand offers full ergonomic adjustment.

TCL has pitched the 32G64 as a dual-purpose display that can serve as a workstation monitor during the day and transition to a gaming screen in the evening, a use case supported by the high refresh rate and low-latency panel.
