Turtle Beach has added two new wireless controllers to its Nintendo accessory range, with Rematch Wireless RGB Gaming Controllers themed around Super Mario characters Rosalina and Koopa Troop.
Both controllers are officially licensed for the Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch Lite, Nintendo Switch OLED Model and the Nintendo Switch 2. They are available for pre-order now and will launch globally on May 5, priced at $110.
Character-Driven Design With RGB Lighting
The two controllers feature character-inspired designs drawn from the Super Mario franchise, with dynamic RGB lighting modes that can be customised by the player.
The Rosalina edition takes its visual cues from the character’s celestial aesthetic, while the Koopa Troop version draws on the series’ familiar villain faction. Both are designed to stand out visually during and between gameplay sessions.
Performance Specs
Under the themed exteriors, both controllers share the same hardware feature set. They include integrated motion controls, TMR thumbsticks designed to reduce stick drift and dual mappable back buttons on the rear of the controller.
Wireless range extends up to 30 feet, and the rechargeable battery is rated for up to 40 hours of playtime on a single charge.
The controllers use an ergonomic form factor consistent with the existing Rematch line.
A Growing Nintendo Catalogue
The Rosalina and Koopa Troop editions join an expanding catalogue of officially licensed Nintendo Switch accessories from Turtle Beach.
The company launched Mario and Luigi themed Rematch Wireless Controllers and a Mario Star Airlite Fit Wired Gaming Headset on MAR10 Day earlier this year. The broader Rematch controller range also includes Donkey Kong, Super Mario Star, Invincible Mario, Grand Prix Mario, Boo Hoo and Blackout Bowser editions.
On the audio side, Turtle Beach offers Recon 70 and Airlite Fit headset models compatible with Nintendo Switch systems.
Both the Rosalina and Koopa Troop Rematch Wireless RGB Gaming Controllers are available for pre-order now.
