Knoxville-based sales technology company TitanX has launched TitanTV, a weekly media channel focused on outbound sales tactics, cold calling strategy and go-to-market execution for B2B teams.
The channel, available at TitanTV and on YouTube, features TitanX Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Joey Gilkey, alongside operators and leaders in B2B sales and revenue operations. The company is positioning it as a “Netflix for outbound sales” – a library of episodes, live cold-calling sessions, playbook breakdowns and tactical discussions around modern pipeline generation.
Addressing declining connect rates
TitanX argues the channel responds to a market environment where connect rates on outbound calls are falling and generic automation tools are saturating the space. TitanTV is intended to refocus attention on the human elements of selling – behavioural insights, call strategy, messaging and timing.
Gilkey framed the channel as a response to what he sees as a broken model in outbound sales.
“Outbound has become disconnected from how real people actually buy,” Gilkey explained. “The old volume-based playbook is clearly not working the way it was promised to. More headcount, more dials – those things don’t yield more results.”
“TitanTV is our way of giving the industry a smarter playbook even if they don’t buy our products,” he continued. “I’m partnering with the very best operators in outbound sales to break down what actually works in modern sales, from call strategy and messaging to psychology, timing and leadership. The goal is simple: help reps and leaders create more real conversations and better outcomes.”
Content focus
Episodes will cover cold calling and objection handling, outbound strategies, revenue leadership and scaling go-to-market teams, the use of AI in outbound sales, messaging and positioning, pipeline generation and coaching sales organisations.
TitanX plans to expand the channel with new series, live events and guest creators. Upcoming content will include live cold calling sessions, playbook walkthroughs and metric reviews.
New episodes will air weekly and be distributed through TitanX’s digital channels.
About TitanX
TitanX operates what it calls a Phone Intent platform – a system that predicts which prospects are likely to answer cold calls before sales representatives dial. Founded in 2024, the company claims to have grown to more than 300 customers through word of mouth, with users achieving 25 per cent connect rates compared to what TitanX describes as a 4 per cent industry average. The platform works without requiring changes to a team’s existing tech stack, data provider or dialer.
