Salto Systems has announced key leadership changes in Oceania, appointing two senior executives in Australia and expanding its regional focus to East Asia. The company says the changes reflect its commitment to local talent and ongoing regional growth.
Caine Hillier has been promoted to General Manager for Salto in Oceania, stepping into the role previously held by Frederik Troester. Troester has moved into a newly created position as Regional Director for East Asia. Jarrod Kelly has been promoted to Sales Manager for Oceania, filling the vacancy left by Hillier. Both Hillier and Kelly will be based in Melbourne.
Scott Fraser, APAC President for Salto, said Hillier had played a key role in expanding the company’s presence in Oceania and strengthening relationships with partners and end users.
“Caine has been instrumental in driving the growth of the Oceania business and strengthening the value delivered to partners and end users,” Fraser said. “He leads with vision, and we are excited to see him embrace this new opportunity and confident that he will continue to deliver strong outcomes and create greater value in his expanded role.”
Hillier said he was looking forward to leading the Oceania team at a time of growth for the company in the region.
“With a strong focus on leveraging advanced technology to streamline operations, we are working with our partners to empower organisations with state-of-the-art access solutions,” Hillier said.
Kelly, who has expertise in smart locker solutions, joined Salto more than a year ago. Fraser said Kelly had demonstrated strong leadership skills and helped drive the company’s growth in the sector.
“Since joining Salto, Jarrod has proven himself as a dynamic leader, successfully accelerating our growth in smart locker solutions,” Fraser said. “His strategic mindset, dedication and track record of delivering strong results have significantly contributed to the partnerships we enjoy today.”
Troester, who has led the Australian team and driven local market growth over the past three years, will continue to be based in Melbourne. In his new role, he will oversee Salto’s expansion into East Asia, working with partners to extend the company’s reach in the region.
