Rapid Circle has launched its Copilot Ai Centre of Excellence (CoE), a hub aimed at advancing the adoption, development, and optimisation of Ai-driven solutions. Leveraging Microsoft’s Copilot technologies, the CoE will focus on creating intelligent applications designed to enhance productivity and deliver measurable business value to its customers.

The CoE is positioned as a centre for experimentation and development of Ai solutions, with a strong emphasis on intelligent workplace tools, application modernisation, and cloud transformation. Rapid Circle aims to foster a culture of innovation, encouraging teams to explore new use cases and push the boundaries of Ai implementation.

Enhancing Collaboration and Learning

The CoE features dedicated spaces for showcasing Ai solutions. Live demonstrations and interactive exhibits will illustrate how Ai can streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and improve user experiences. These demonstrations are designed to provide tangible examples of Ai’s potential in transforming business processes.

Training and enablement programs are a key component of the CoE’s offerings. Through workshops, hands-on labs, and certification courses, Rapid Circle will support customers and partners in developing their Ai capabilities. Topics will range from foundational Ai concepts to advanced techniques and best practices, ensuring participants can effectively integrate Ai into their operations.

Focus on Real-World Applications

Case studies will be central to the CoE, highlighting how Rapid Circle has successfully implemented Ai solutions to drive efficiency and innovation for various organisations. These examples will serve as a source of inspiration and a roadmap for businesses looking to embark on their own Ai transformation.

Collaboration is another cornerstone of the CoE’s mission. Dedicated spaces for brainstorming sessions, design thinking workshops, and development projects will enable Rapid Circle to co-create tailored Ai solutions with its customers.

“Our new CoE provides a space to address the challenges our customers face, such as driving agility and improving operational efficiency,” said Rodney Hobbs, CTO of Rapid Circle. “As Ai continues to reshape the business landscape, this initiative will also support Rapid Circle’s growth across Australia and New Zealand.”

Partnering for Success

Cassandra Ashworth, CEO of Rapid Circle, emphasised the importance of collaboration in achieving impactful outcomes.

“At Rapid Circle, success comes from working closely with our customers and Microsoft to co-create innovative solutions. This approach ensures the solutions we deliver are not only effective but also aligned with our customers’ strategic objectives,” she said.

Microsoft’s Chief Partner Officer A/NZ, Vanessa Sorenson, praised the initiative as a significant step toward digital transformation.

“The launch of Rapid Circle’s Copilot Ai Centre of Excellence is a major development in enabling businesses to fully harness Ai. We’re excited about the innovation and productivity gains this initiative will bring,” said Sorenson.

New Offerings to Accelerate Adoption

In addition to the CoE, Rapid Circle is rolling out its Copilot Accelerator program. This initiative is designed to speed up the deployment of Ai solutions, helping customers achieve results quickly and maximise the return on their Ai investments.

The company has also introduced enhancements like Copilot Actions, unveiled at the Microsoft Ignite 2024 conference. These features allow for the creation of custom Copilot agents capable of accessing data and executing specific tasks, enabling tailored solutions that meet unique customer needs.
