The company aims to reach 40 per cent year-on-year growth, bolstering its capabilities with these key additions.
Focus on customer acquisition and growth
Rapid Circle finished the 2024 financial year with 50 per cent growth in managed services, driven by demand for workplace solutions, cloud migration, and security offerings. The company anticipates a further 30 per cent increase in the current financial year.
This growth period also saw Rapid Circle acquire vNEXT and secure several major enterprise contracts. New deals have been signed in industries ranging from energy and utilities to education and financial services. Existing client agreements also expanded, with notable companies such as Toyota, Hunter Water, and the University of the Sunshine Coast increasing their partnerships with Rapid Circle by 27 per cent.
New appointments to support strategic growth
To support this ongoing expansion, Rapid Circle has created new leadership roles. Brian Williams has been named Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), and Frederique Dennison joins as Alliances Director. Together, they bring a combined 55 years of experience in the IT sector.
Williams has held leadership positions in information and cyber security at companies including Telstra, Optus, and NEC. His focus at Rapid Circle will be on supporting growth across sectors such as government, where organisations are navigating new technology risks and opportunities, including those related to Ai.
Dennison, with extensive experience in vendor and partner management, joins after three years at Avanade and over a decade at Microsoft and NTT. In her role as Alliances Director, she will lead the company’s relationships with Microsoft and distributor Dicker Data.
