Prvidr, a Customer Lifecycle Management Platform, has announced a new, three-year contract with mobile virtual network operator (MVNO), Yomojo, to deliver mobile, broadband and voice products.
Yomojo has partnered with Prvidr since 2015. This extended agreement highlights the operator’s confidence in Prvidr’s platform to deliver continuous innovation in managing subscription-based services.
Expanding Yomojo’s capabilities
Yomojo currently offers services including mobile, mobile broadband, and wireless home broadband. The company plans to expand into telephony, fixed internet, and business services.
Recently acquired by telco veteran James Linton, Yomojo is preparing to establish itself as a comprehensive telecom provider in Australia. Linton, who previously grew a startup telecom operator to nearly $200 million in annual revenue, views robust technology as essential to business success.
“Our focus is on scaling Yomojo into a full-service provider,” says Linton. “The right technology partner is critical, and Prvidr continues to deliver for us.”
Leveraging PrvidrGo for growth
Yomojo will deploy Prvidr’s new all-in-one subscription management platform, PrvidrGo. The platform enables low-code integration, supporting mobile, NBN, VoIP, and B2B subscription services.
“The transition from our legacy platform to PrvidrGo is a game-changer,” says Linton. “It’s like moving from VHS to streaming platforms — both deliver content, but the experience is fundamentally different.”
PrvidrGo allows Yomojo to manage customer lifecycles from onboarding to subscription management with minimal human intervention. Linton highlights the platform’s ability to reduce time to market and improve responsiveness to industry trends.
Automation and new markets
Linton says automation and APIs are key to PrvidrGo’s appeal. The platform enables seamless integration of new services and supports the company’s plans to expand into broadband, VoIP, and business markets.
“The platform gives us the flexibility to quickly onboard partners and adapt to market changes,” Linton says.
Strengthening collaboration
Prvidr CEO David Joss says the partnership with Yomojo is well-positioned for continued success.
“We’re excited to deepen our collaboration with Yomojo as it scales operations in Australia. Our focus remains on supporting great customer experiences and sustainable growth.”
Linton echoes this sentiment. “Prvidr has been the circulatory system for our business. It underpins everything we do. PrvidrGo will be instrumental in driving future growth.”
A future-proof strategy
Yomojo’s decision to partner with Prvidr followed a competitive evaluation process. Linton believes that embracing PrvidrGo is central to the company’s long-term strategy.
“The new platform equips us to broaden our services and meet evolving customer needs. We’re looking forward to delivering even more value to our customers,” Linton says.
