Surprisingly Useful AI Article Enhancements
Nozomi Networks has announced a new integration with Nvidia BlueField-3 data processing units (DPUs), aiming to expand the use of Ai-powered security tools across operational technology (OT), Internet of Things (IoT) and cyber-physical systems (CPS).
The integration is being positioned as a new way to strengthen security for critical infrastructure organisations, allowing for more effective threat detection and response while maintaining uptime across complex environments.
Nozomi Networks said security sensors running on Nvidia BlueField-3 hardware are now available through its partner network.
Ai Driving Real-Time Threat Detection
Andrea Carcano, Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Nozomi Networks, said the company’s security solutions have used Ai for some time, but recent changes in the threat landscape have made it an essential component.
“Artificial intelligence has always played a role in the security solutions Nozomi delivers, but it’s quickly becoming a non-negotiable component of effective defences for critical infrastructure operators battling a growing number of sophisticated cyber threats,” Carcano said.
He added that the Nvidia integration brings high-performance data processing to the edge, enabling faster Ai-driven analysis.
“What’s unique about our Nvidia integration is the fact that it includes the advanced data processing that organisations need for Ai-powered threat detection and response, Ai-assisted vulnerability and risk management and much more,” Carcano said.
“It’s the first of many advancements we look forward to collaborating on with Nvidia.”
Deployment Targets Performance And Flexibility
The combined offering enables security teams to deploy Nozomi’s OT and IoT sensors directly on Nvidia BlueField-3 DPUs. This architecture provides localised processing for security analytics and reduces pressure on central CPUs by offloading data workloads.
By using BlueField to perform monitoring and anomaly detection at the edge, Nozomi said organisations can maintain system integrity without altering existing network configurations.
Nozomi also said the platform supports legacy infrastructure and mission-critical systems that often cannot be easily upgraded.
The goal is to allow chief information security officers (CISOs) to adopt Ai security capabilities without disrupting operations.
Greater Visibility Across Environments
Security teams can combine insights from Nozomi’s sensors running on BlueField with data from across their network, wireless infrastructure and endpoint devices.
All data feeds into the broader Nozomi platform for analysis, correlation and reporting.
Ofir Arkin, Senior Distinguished Architect for Cybersecurity at Nvidia, said the combination is aimed at organisations facing an increase in advanced threats.

“Critical infrastructure organisations are seeking advanced solutions to secure essential operational processes in the face of escalating threats,” Arkin said.
“With Nvidia’s cybersecurity Ai platform and BlueField-accelerated computing, Nozomi’s innovations in OT and IoT security meet the unique operational characteristics of OT networks.”
Availability
The new integration is available now through Nozomi Networks and its global partner ecosystem. Nvidia BlueField DPUs are supplied by major server vendors worldwide.
Nozomi said the solution has been developed for industries requiring high security, such as energy, transport and manufacturing.
