NinjaOne has unveiled a new offering for its managed service provider (MSP) customers, making NinjaOne Warranty Tracking available for free. Alongside this, the company is offering free access to NinjaOne Documentation for up to three users. The company has also launched white-glove professional services to assist new customers with migrations, ensuring MSPs can transition technology stacks without disruptions.
NinjaOne Warranty Tracking, which is still in beta, automates the management and tracking of device warranty information. This allows businesses to avoid disruptions by ensuring replacements are ready or warranties are in place before devices expire. Feedback from early access customers highlights that the ability to consolidate tools and save costs was the top benefit for 31 per cent of users, followed by better management of device lifecycles at 17 per cent, and the potential to generate revenue through warranty tracking at 10 per cent.
NinjaOne Documentation provides a centralised platform for IT knowledge. This allows MSPs to onboard technicians more quickly, reduce time spent searching for answers, and improve overall knowledge sharing. It consolidates information on processes, devices, users, and security, keeping critical data easily accessible.
These new offerings are part of NinjaOne’s wider push to provide automated endpoint management tools that help MSPs run more cost-effective technology stacks.
Streamlining MSP operations
NinjaOne’s platform continues to gain traction. A report from Omdia found that 71 per cent of customers replaced more than four tools with NinjaOne. Meanwhile, research from Enterprise Strategy Group (ESG) found the platform typically replaces four tools in most ecosystems and reduces full-time employee costs by 41 per cent.
Sal Sferlazza, CEO and co-founder of NinjaOne, said, “MSPs are prioritising scalable and profitable businesses. Technology vendors should support, not hinder, that profitability, which is why we’re offering Warranty Tracking for free. Our focus has always been on building products that are scalable and easy to use, while delivering strong customer support.”
Vic Guerrero, Director of Channel and Alliances, APAC said, “Australian MSPs are under a constant pressure to keep up with the evolving digital landscape, whether it be finding ways to leverage artificial intelligence, or protecting against emerging cyber threats. The ability to track existing warranty timelines with ease, ensuring replacements never disrupt processes and can be implemented with ease, is integral to remaining on pace with the fast-moving environment they work in.”
NinjaOne’s remote monitoring and management (RMM) solution has consistently been ranked as a top tool on platforms like G2, holding the #1 RMM spot since 2019.
Product innovation and customer success
NinjaOne remains focused on product innovation, having released over 250 new features and enhancements this year. A significant part of the company’s strategy is incorporating feedback from its MSP customers, which guides development on NinjaOne’s public roadmap.
The platform’s Script Hub provides access to hundreds of ready-to-use scripts that automate repetitive tasks, boosting productivity. Omdia’s research showed that 95 per cent of NinjaOne users save time through automation.
NinjaOne is also the first RMM provider to offer multi-tenant mobile device management (MDM) capabilities for iOS and Android. This positions the platform as a versatile option for MSPs managing large numbers of devices across different environments.
In addition to offering free onboarding, training, and support, NinjaOne provides access to its NinjaOne Academy. The training program has certified more than 500 technicians in less than three months, helping to build skills in endpoint management.
Growing reputation among MSPs
Dan Shapero, President and COO of TeamLogic IT, spoke about his experience with NinjaOne: “We looked at eight different RMMs and chose NinjaOne because it’s a scalable solution built on a modern SaaS architecture. It’s also future-proof.”
Ben Gagnon, Technical Operations Specialist at Northeast IT Systems, appreciated the platform’s responsiveness to user feedback. “I’m thrilled with how many user-suggested features make it into the actual product. It’s just refreshing.”
The company’s strong customer support is another differentiator. NinjaOne invests three times the industry average in customer support, which has contributed to a customer satisfaction score (CSAT) of over 98 per cent. Customers benefit from an average first response time of less than 30 minutes.
