NextMinute, the provider of residential construction job management software, has announced that it will now provide full integration with Intuit QuickBooks Online accounting software. QuickBooks further complements the company’s existing integrations with MYOB and Xero and further supports the construction industry and tradies in managing pricing, people, planning and profits all in one place.
Dave Falconer, CEO of NextMinute, said, “We are taking the learnings and blueprint from both MYOB and Xero and are cementing our position as globally the best integrated construction management software with accounting packages. At the same time, we are now able to expand our offering to reach a greater segment of construction and tradespeople while providing more options and flexibility to connect our product to accounting packages. Broadening our integration capabilities will provide customers with greater flexibility in the way they can manage their people, planning, pricing and profits.”
The new integration also supports NextMinute’s expansion into the UK where QuickBooks has established itself as a leading cloud accounting provider. In addition, QuickBooks is a dominant vendor in the North America market where NextMinute plans to scale its presence during 2023.

In addition to helping accountants and bookkeepers to streamline data flows and remove time consuming manual processes, the new QuickBooks Online integration will also assist NextMinute to engage with new channel partners which specialise in the QuickBooks Online accounting software. It will further support their strategy of engaging with clients which need to improve business operations and profitability.
At the same time, it also allows NextMinute’s existing partners to broaden their offerings by now being able to provide QuickBooks services on top of existing services, thereby helping to grow and scale their businesses. Indeed, NextMinute’s partner programme ensures that accountants and bookkeepers can get access to their own free training, set up and product demonstration subscription.
Falconer added, “We’re now providing both accountants and construction businesses with greater choice. Whether users want to use Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks Online, NextMinute can seamlessly connect to provide their customers with the best product on the market to run residential construction and trades businesses. We’re looking forward to the positive impact that this new integration will have on our customers, bookkeepers and accountants and our channel ecosystem in the years ahead.”
