Motorola has introduced nine devices spanning smartphones, a smartwatch, a stylus and wireless earbuds. The range is headlined by the Motorola Signature, the company’s new ultra-premium phone priced from $1,499.
All products are available for pre-order from today through JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman and select other retailers, with general availability set for 16 April 2026.
Motorola Signature targets the premium tier
The Motorola Signature is the first device in a new product series that positions the company squarely in the premium smartphone segment. It is built around Sony LYTIA 828 camera sensors and has received a DXOMARK Gold Label rating for its imaging capabilities.
The device runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset and supports Dolby Vision video capture. Its design features an aluminium frame with twill-inspired or linen-inspired back finishes. It ships in two Pantone-branded colourways, Martini Olive and Carbon.
Pricing starts at $1,499 for the 256GB model and $1,699 for 512GB. Customers who pre-order between 26 March and 15 April will receive a storage upgrade at no additional cost, effectively getting the 512GB model at the 256GB price.
Praveena Raman, Head of Motorola ANZ, outlined the positioning of the new flagship.
“We’re excited to launch these devices in Australia, especially with the debut of the ultra-premium Motorola Signature, the first product in the new Motorola Signature series, which sets a new benchmark for smartphone photography with its DXOMARK-recognised camera system, paired with a refined design,” Raman stated.
“This represents the best of Motorola innovation, combining imaging technology, AI capabilities and premium craftsmanship to deliver an elevated smartphone experience.”
Edge 70 series goes thin
The Motorola Edge 70 measures 5.99mm thick and weighs 159g, making it one of the thinnest smartphones in its category. Despite the slim profile, it packs a 4,800mAh silicon-carbon battery and a triple 50MP camera system with Pantone-validated colour and skin tone accuracy.
The standard Edge 70 is priced at $899 and ships in three Pantone colours: Lily Pad, Bronze Green and Gadget Grey.
A special edition in the Pantone 2026 Colour of the Year, Cloud Dancer, features Swarovski crystal embellishments and is priced at $1,099.
Raman highlighted the Swarovski collaboration as part of a continuing partnership.
“We’re also expanding two of our important partnerships with the launch of a special edition Motorola Edge 70, featuring Swarovski crystals and a silk-inspired finish in the Pantone Colour of the Year, Pantone Cloud Dancer,” she added. “Built with the thinnest design in its category without compromising performance.”
Edge 70 Fusion and Moto G67 round out the phone range
The Motorola Edge 70 Fusion sits below the Edge 70 at $699. It is built around a Sony LYTIA 710 sensor and a 32MP selfie camera with 4K recording. The device carries a 7,000mAh silicon-carbon battery – substantially larger than the Edge 70’s cell – housed in a quad-curved body with nylon and linen-inspired finishes.
It ships in three Pantone colours: Blue Surf, Orient Blue and Silhouette.

The Moto Pen Ultra is a stylus designed for use with the Motorola Signature and Razr Fold devices. It features AI-powered tools for note-taking and sketching within the built-in Notes app. It is priced at $139 in Pantone Blackened Blue.
