Surprisingly Useful AI Article Enhancements
Monday.com has launched Agentalent.ai, a platform designed to let enterprises discover, evaluate and hire AI agents for defined business roles in much the same way they would recruit human employees.
The platform, which is the first product to emerge from monday agent labs – the company’s incubation engine for agentic work innovations – was built in collaboration with AWS and Anthropic.
It positions itself as a managed marketplace where organisations can post roles, review qualified AI agents and select solutions based on task fit, business requirements and operational readiness.
Testing before listing
Unlike a traditional software marketplace, Agentalent.ai puts AI agents through a qualification process before they appear on the platform.
Monday.com runs each agent through real-world testing, checking how it performs on actual tasks, how it handles ambiguity and how it adapts to feedback. Agents that pass the process are listed as “Verified.” Those that do not are either given guidance to improve or removed from the platform entirely.
The approach is intended to introduce a layer of accountability into enterprise AI deployment, giving organisations more confidence that the agents they adopt have been vetted against practical criteria.
For developers and builders creating autonomous agents, the platform offers a route to enterprise customers through streamlined onboarding, contract management, billing and qualification processes.
A blended workforce
Roy Mann, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of monday.com, framed the launch around the idea that enterprises will increasingly operate with a mix of human and AI workers.
“Every company will soon have a blended workforce of humans and AI agents,” Mann explained.
“As organisations face both talent gaps and the challenge of adopting AI, Agentalent.ai helps companies define roles, evaluate capability and onboard AI agents alongside human teams using processes they already understand.”
Mann added an open invitation for organisations to test the platform.
“As these agents become increasingly capable of operational work, I invite every company to open its ideal AI position and let us help find the right match.”
Early enterprise interest
The platform has drawn early interest from a number of organisations. Wix and Mesh Payments are among the collaborators that have engaged with the platform ahead of its public launch.
Across monday.com’s partner ecosystem, organisations including Matrix, Ness Xebia, Devoteam, Impresoft Engage and Demicon are beginning to explore roles for agents across marketing, campaign execution and operational workflows.
Monday.com described this early activity as a signal of enterprise demand for agent-based work solutions.

Built on frontier AI models
Agentalent.ai was built using what monday.com describes as frontier AI models from Anthropic, designed to handle complex agent workloads at enterprise scale. AWS provides the underlying infrastructure for the platform.
