LogicMonitor has completed the Information Security Registered Assessors Program (IRAP) assessment, which strengthens its standing in the Australian public sector. The move reflects its commitment to offering secure hybrid IT infrastructure management to government agencies.
The IRAP assessment, managed by the Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC), scrutinised LogicMonitor’s cloud-based observability platform against the government’s Information Security Manual (ISM). This successful assessment indicates LogicMonitor’s compliance with the security standards required for handling sensitive government data.
The IRAP review covered LogicMonitor’s internal security practices and cloud infrastructure. It looked into corporate governance, risk management, personnel security, and how the company handles endpoint security and network segmentation. The cloud assessment focused on the AWS-hosted environment, paying attention to data protection, encryption, access control, and the multi-tenant architecture.
