At Lenovo Tech World, Lenovo Chairman and CEO Yuanqing Yang, alongside Nvidia founder and CEO Jensen Huang, unveiled the new Lenovo Hybrid Ai Advantage with Nvidia. The announcement marks a significant step in their collaboration, aimed at delivering full-stack Ai capabilities to improve business processes and outcomes.

The event, held in Seattle, introduced a range of solutions designed to help businesses unlock the potential of Ai across various platforms. These offerings come at a time when many businesses are struggling to realise returns on their Ai investments. A recent Lenovo survey revealed that 61 per cent of CIOs find it challenging to demonstrate return on investment (ROI) from Ai initiatives.

Addressing Business Challenges with Hybrid AI

Lenovo Hybrid Ai Advantage with Nvidia is designed to help organisations implement Ai more efficiently, turning data into business outcomes. Yang highlighted the significance of this collaboration: “Delivering Hybrid Ai requires a purpose-built portfolio that simplifies Ai adoption for businesses. Our partnership with Nvidia brings together the strengths of both companies to provide Ai solutions that help customers achieve results faster.”

Huang also emphasised the importance of Ai in driving business transformation. “Ai is reinventing computing and transforming businesses across industries,” he said. “The collaboration between Lenovo and Nvidia is enabling companies to harness Ai agents and digital intelligence to drive speed and innovation.”

The Hybrid Ai Advantage combines Nvidia’s Ai software and accelerated computing with Lenovo’s infrastructure. The solution is built for industrial-scale Ai deployment, offering pre-validated templates that reduce the complexity of implementation.

Lenovo Ai Fast Start: Accelerating Deployment

One of the key solutions announced was Lenovo Ai Fast Start, designed to help businesses demonstrate the value of Ai use cases within weeks. Using the Nvidia Ai Enterprise software platform, which includes tools like Nvidia NIM microservices and Nvidia NeMo for building Ai agents, Ai Fast Start gives organisations access to experts and Ai assets to tailor solutions to their specific needs.

This approach helps organisations rapidly develop generative Ai use cases using their own data, allowing for faster deployment and more relevant outcomes in real-world environments.

Lenovo Ai Library: Customisable AI Solutions

The Lenovo Ai Library was also a focus of the event, offering pre-validated Ai solutions across multiple domains, including marketing, IT operations, legal, and customer service. These solutions, built on Nvidia Ai Enterprise, help businesses accelerate their use of Ai by providing ready-to-customise templates.

Lenovo and Nvidia are working together to develop new Ai solution accelerators for the Lenovo Ai Library. These solutions are designed to be customisable and scalable, offering businesses the ability to integrate Ai into their operations more easily.

Modernising Data Platforms for Ai

Lenovo also addressed the challenge many businesses face with outdated technology platforms. The Lenovo Data and Tech Foundations for Ai service helps organisations assess their current systems and take steps to modernise their data, applications, and cloud technologies. This service leverages Nvidia’s Ai models and accelerated computing to maximise the value of data and technology investments.

As Ai continues to demand more from enterprise computing, Lenovo is also focusing on energy efficiency. The sixth generation of Lenovo Neptune liquid cooling, which was introduced at the event, is designed to support Nvidia’s Blackwell platform, providing the necessary power for large-scale Ai while reducing energy consumption by up to 40 per cent.

Ai-Ready Infrastructure and Energy Efficiency

With more than a decade of experience in liquid-cooling innovation, Lenovo’s Neptune technology ensures that businesses can meet the growing demand for Ai processing while addressing energy concerns. Yang highlighted the importance of balancing performance and sustainability: “Our Hybrid Ai Advantage with Nvidia ensures energy-efficient infrastructure, allowing businesses to scale Ai while maintaining energy efficiency.”

The portfolio includes over 80 high-performance, energy-efficient platforms, along with Ai-ready infrastructure, workstations, and PCs. These offerings enable organisations to adopt Ai at scale while optimising processes, increasing productivity, and improving operational efficiency.

Unlocking AI for Business Growth

Lenovo Hybrid Ai Advantage with Nvidia represents a new phase of Ai deployment for businesses, aiming to overcome the challenges that have historically slowed down Ai adoption. By simplifying the deployment process and offering customisable Ai solutions, Lenovo and Nvidia are helping organisations unlock the potential of Ai to drive smarter decision-making and foster innovation.

“With Lenovo Hybrid Ai Advantage, businesses can now make more informed decisions, optimise processes, and improve productivity,” Yang said. “This collaboration allows organisations to modernise and stay competitive in today’s fast-paced digital landscape.”
