Lenovo has introduced five new tailored partner journeys within its Lenovo 360 Global Partner Framework, aiming to provide more flexible and scalable opportunities for partners focused on managed services, global systems integration, Ai, data management, and education. This latest expansion reflects Lenovo’s efforts to support industry segments facing high growth and evolving customer needs.

The newly added Lenovo 360 journeys are part of the company’s broader strategy to streamline partner access across its diverse offerings in devices, infrastructure, services, and solutions.

Tailored Support Across Key Growth Areas

The new Lenovo 360 journeys—specifically designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), Ai, Data Management, and Education—provide partners with specific pathways to engage more effectively in their focus areas. The approach supports a flexible framework that Lenovo believes will drive revenue growth for partners operating in these high-demand sectors.

Each journey includes five core elements to support partners in reaching their goals:

  1. Digital Platforms: Partners have access to sales enablement, marketing, and communications tools available on the Lenovo Partner Hub.

  2. Training: Tailored learning paths, certifications, and accreditations help individuals and partner organisations build expertise.

  3. Incentives: The framework offers a range of reward programs and financial structures that increase benefits as partners advance within Lenovo 360.

  4. Communities: Partners can join forums, advisory boards, and events to foster collaboration and share best practices.

  5. Marketing Resources: Ready-to-use promotional materials help partners effectively promote Lenovo products, solutions, and services.

Pascal Bourguet, Vice President and Global Channel Chief at Lenovo, commented on the launch of these tailored journeys: “As industries increasingly turn to Ai-driven solutions, flexible data management, and cloud services, Lenovo 360 provides partners with the tools and training needed to meet customer demand and stay ahead of technological advancements.”

Bourguet highlighted that Lenovo’s focus on these specific high-growth areas allows the company to continue expanding into new verticals, technologies, and markets over time.

Global Availability and Future Expansions

The new Lenovo 360 pathways for GSIs, Ai, Data Management, and Education will be available globally by April 2025 through the Lenovo Partner Hub. MSPs in Canada, the USA, Brazil, Mexico, the UK, Japan, India, and Australia can access the Lenovo 360 for MSPs pathway, which became available this year.

In addition to these journeys, Lenovo is rolling out a suite of new and updated tools to support its partner ecosystem:

  • Lenovo 360 Communications Center: This feature enables partners to customise their newsletter preferences, selecting specific content and frequency. It will become available across select markets by March 2025.

  • Lenovo 360 Marketing Center: Designed as a self-service content platform, it allows partners to create and customise campaigns and sales assets based on audience needs. It will be available globally by March 2025.

  • Streamlined ‘Learn and Earn’ Opportunities: For managed tier partners, Lenovo is simplifying program qualifications, reducing complexity, and providing clear criteria across programs, which will be rolled out over the next six months.

  • Expanded Lenovo 360 Solutions Hub: Currently available in 35 markets, this hub will expand to 47 countries by February 2025, supporting more than 50 channel-ready solutions in eight languages, including English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Korean, and Japanese.

Continued Growth and Impact of Lenovo 360

Since the Lenovo 360 program launched in 2022, the framework has made strides in simplifying processes for partners, reducing incentive program complexities by 63 per cent, and delivering over 39,500 individual certifications and 10,000 partner-level accreditations through its education programs tied to incentive tiers.

Lenovo’s latest efforts mark a push to further streamline its partner support network while meeting the rising demand for Ai, cloud services, and flexible data management solutions. Through these tailored pathways, Lenovo aims to offer comprehensive resources and support for partners to grow their business across different sectors.
