Identity security vendor, Keeper Security, has received top-tier placements from two independent analyst firms, GigaOm and Information Services Group (ISG), for its enterprise password management and identity and access management capabilities.
GigaOm designated Keeper a Leader in the Enduring Innovators quadrant of its Enterprise Password Management (EPM) Radar, and the overall quadrant leader. ISG named Keeper an Exemplary Provider in its Buyers Guide for Identity and Access Management (IAM) Platforms, placing the company alongside Microsoft, AWS and Google Cloud in the top tier of IAM providers globally.
GigaOm evaluation
GigaOm’s assessment focused specifically on enterprise password management, a category in which Keeper has held a top position for five consecutive years.
The Enduring Innovators designation is reserved for platforms that have established their position through architectural depth. GigaOm found that Keeper was advancing faster than the majority of the field, with breadth across its capabilities and no obvious weak points.
The firm gave particular recognition to Keeper’s secrets management capabilities, its official Model Context Protocol (MCP) server and its approach to agentic and non-human identity governance.
GigaOm described Keeper’s platform as one that consolidates workforce vaulting, secrets management and machine-identity governance in a single offering, built for enterprises that need to govern every identity in their environment regardless of type.
ISG assessment
ISG’s evaluation covered the broader identity and access management market, using a methodology that simulates the enterprise request-for-information process to score providers across product capability, platform and customer experience.
Keeper earned an overall performance score of 83 per cent (A-), with its strongest result in product capability at 85.4 per cent. ISG uses that dimension to measure how well a platform addresses the functional requirements that drive enterprise IAM purchasing decisions.
A customer experience score of 82.7 per cent secured Keeper’s Exemplary placement, a designation reserved for providers that outperform the median across both product capability and customer experience criteria.
Platform architecture as a differentiator
The CEO and Co-Founder of Keeper Security, Darren Guccione, pointed to the company’s early decision to build a platform that governs identity end to end as the basis for both recognitions.
“Building a platform that governs identity end to end, from the credential in the vault to the AI agent requesting access to infrastructure, was a deliberate architectural decision we made years ago when most of the market was still solving one problem at a time,” Guccione stated.
“The fact that two independent firms evaluated our platform and both placed us at the top tells us that decision was right, and that the market is catching up to where we knew it needed to go.”
What the platform covers
Keeper Password Manager is the zero-trust and zero-knowledge credential vault that formed the basis of GigaOm’s evaluation. It protects passwords, passkeys and secrets for every user, both human and non-human, across the enterprise.
The broader identity security platform extends from that foundation into privileged access management and endpoint privilege management under a single cloud-native architecture. KeeperAI adds real-time threat detection across privileged sessions, surfacing risk without requiring additional headcount or manual review.
Together, these components represent what ISG’s evaluation measured: a unified identity security platform capable of governing every user, machine, non-human identity and AI agent across the enterprise. Keeper has noted the platform deploys in minutes and integrates with existing technology stacks without requiring a full replacement of existing tools.

Market context
The recognitions come against a backdrop of growing complexity in enterprise identity management. According to the Dark Reading State of Identity Security Survey, 40 per cent of organisations currently run four or more disconnected identity products or platforms.
Keeper’s own global research found that 96 per cent of cybersecurity decision-makers report that disconnected identity tools are creating exploitable gaps in their security programmes.
The company has characterised the market dynamic as one where enterprises managing identity security across four, five or six disconnected tools are actively seeking consolidated alternatives, and independent analyst research is increasingly directing them toward platforms that can govern identity in a single environment.
