Infosys Aster, the AI-amplified marketing suite from Indian IT services firm, Infosys, has been positioned as a Leader in Everest Group’s Marketing Transformation Services PEAK Matrix Assessment 2026.
The assessment evaluated 29 service providers based on their vision, capabilities and market impact. Infosys Aster was recognised for its proprietary intellectual property, AI-first capabilities and integrated ecosystem partnerships.
What the assessment found
Everest Group highlighted Infosys’ strengths in agentic commerce capabilities, which enable AI-powered discovery, selection, purchase and commerce experience optimisation. It also pointed to the company’s Adobe-led marketing transformation proposition, built through its Adobe 360 partnership.
The analyst firm recognised Infosys’ portfolio of proprietary assets and accelerators, as well as its work in advanced AI and agentic use cases designed to help enterprises modernise marketing operations and drive measurable business outcomes.
Partner at Everest Group, Nitish Mittal, described a market entering a new phase.
“The marketing and experience services market is entering a new phase as enterprises seek end-to-end marketing transformation amid budget pressures, demand for measurable outcomes and growing adoption of AI and agentic AI,” Mittal explained. “Providers that combine strategic guidance, AI-enabled execution and outcome accountability are positioned to lead the next phase of market evolution.”
Mittal pointed to Infosys’ depth in Adobe-led transformation programs, its ecosystem partnerships and its IP portfolio across content supply chain, workflow automation, commerce and media optimisation as factors behind the positioning. He also noted the company’s agentic commerce capabilities and flexible pricing constructs as strengthening its relevance for enterprises pursuing marketing transformation at scale.
What Infosys Aster does
Infosys Aster covers marketing transformation across the value chain, spanning orchestration, data, content, commerce, creativity and personalisation.
The suite is powered by Infosys Topaz, the company’s AI offerings, and is designed to help organisations create brand experiences, improve marketing efficiency and increase business effectiveness. It targets challenges common in enterprise marketing, including fragmented ecosystems, siloed functions and limited scalability, with the aim of delivering integrated, data-driven and personalised experiences.
The Adobe 360 partnership brings together AI-led solutions and platform expertise to help enterprises accelerate customer experience, content and commerce transformation.
The CMO as growth architect
EVP and Head of Global Data and AI, Digital and Creative Services at Infosys, Joydeep Mukherjee, framed the recognition in terms of how the role of the CMO is evolving.
“Today, CMOs are the growth-architects of enterprises. They are navigating organisational complexities, evolving customer needs, fragmented workflows and mounting stakeholder expectations,” Mukherjee observed. “They continue to operate with siloed and legacy ecosystems, struggling to achieve value through AI.”
“Infosys Aster connects the entire marketing value chain centred around driving marketing impact and efficiency through deep industry solutions and agentic workflows, underpinned by robust insights, governance and trust,” Mukherjee added. “This recognition affirms that our approach helps clients turn their ambition into measurable outcomes.”
Why it matters for Australian enterprises
The recognition comes as enterprises in Australia and globally move beyond standalone generative AI tools toward AI-powered marketing, personalisation and agentic commerce, where AI is used to transform everything from customer discovery to purchase.
For Australian businesses, the central question is how to shift from experimenting with generative AI to embedding AI and agentic workflows across marketing and customer experience functions at scale.
