Surprisingly Useful AI Article Enhancements
HP has announced the launch of HP Print Ai, a new intelligent printing solution designed to make printing more intuitive and personalised for users across homes, offices, and the commercial sector. This move sets a new standard for printing by eliminating common challenges and enhancing the overall experience from setup to support.
With features like Perfect Output, HP Print Ai aims to simplify everything from printing web content to handling complex spreadsheets. It also expands the capabilities of HP Scan Ai Enhanced and introduces HP Build Workspace for the design and construction industry.
Simplifying the Printing Process
HP Print Ai offers solutions to common issues that users face when printing from web browsers. More than half of print jobs come from browsers, including articles, travel documents, and how-to guides. These printouts often suffer from unwanted content like ads or poor formatting.
HP’s new Perfect Output feature addresses these issues by reformatting web pages, removing unnecessary white space, and eliminating ads before printing. “We are transforming the printing experience with HP Print Ai, making it easier and more intuitive,” said Tuan Tran, HP President of Imaging, Printing, and Solutions. “Introducing Ai solutions across our portfolio will simplify printing, ignite creativity, and accelerate collaboration – all while ensuring customer data is protected and kept private.”
Perfect Output not only improves web printing but also enhances how spreadsheets are printed. Users often struggle with Excel documents that split tables and charts across multiple pages. HP Print Ai fixes this by automatically adjusting the content to print properly on a single page, saving both time and resources.
Customised Support for Printers
HP Print Ai doesn’t just stop at making printing easier—it also provides personalised support. From the moment users switch on their printers, the intelligent system anticipates their needs and offers step-by-step assistance. It remembers past preferences and queries, delivering tailored support whenever required.
This level of personalisation extends to creative projects as well. Using conversational prompts, HP Print Ai allows users to design custom greeting cards, adjust layouts, and upscale images. The Ai can also remove unwanted objects from photos, ensuring high-quality prints.
For those looking to go beyond printing at home, HP Print Ai connects users with a curated list of partners that offer additional printing services, such as custom photo printing and gift certificates.
Enhancing Collaboration with HP Scan Ai Enhanced
For businesses, HP has expanded the availability of HP Scan Ai Enhanced, a cloud-based solution that leverages Ai to simplify scanning processes. This tool automatically recognises the type of document being scanned and extracts key information relevant to the business. By automating these tasks, HP Scan Ai Enhanced reduces manual data entry, saving both time and costs.
One example is a retail group in Italy that reduced labour costs by 80 per cent after integrating HP Scan Ai Enhanced into its delivery and inventory workflow. This demonstrates how Ai can streamline business operations, particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises.
HP Build Workspace: Tailored for Design and Construction
HP is also targeting the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry with the introduction of HP Build Workspace. The industry, which has been slower to adopt technology compared to other sectors, now has access to Ai-driven tools to improve productivity.
HP Build Workspace enables professionals in these fields to automate time-consuming tasks, such as site observations and field reports. Features like Ai vectorisation and continuous feedback help optimise designs and facilitate collaboration among team members. The platform is accessible on both desktop and mobile devices, making it easier for teams to stay connected and organised.
Availability and Future Rollouts
HP Print Ai, including its Perfect Output feature, will be available to select print customers in the coming months, with more features being rolled out throughout 2025. HP Build Workspace is set to launch in Autumn 2025, while HP Scan Ai Enhanced will be available as a software service soon.
