HP has recognised the partners shaping hybrid work, Ai-ready solutions and sustainability across the local market, announcing the winners of its 2025 Partner Awards in Sydney.

The vendor gathered more than 250 guests at the W Sydney for an event honouring twenty channel organisations across devices, services, distribution, solutions and sustainability. The awards highlighted partners delivering practical outcomes in customer impact, workplace transformation and energy-conscious technology.

Senior Director of Commercial Channel, Chris Hewlett, told the room the partner community continues to raise the bar. “Each year our partners set a new standard, and 2025 is no exception,” he said. “They understand their customers, they know the local market and they bring HP innovation to life in ways that make a real difference to how people work.”

Hewlett added that the company values the trust placed in the broader OneHP ecosystem and the collaborative approach that underpins the local channel.

Partners Driving Hybrid Work And Ai Enablement

HP pointed to momentum in hybrid work design, service-led device management and Ai-enabled tools supporting productivity and collaboration. The vendor noted that partners continue to help organisations stabilise distributed workforces while supporting employee wellbeing.

The company said the winners showed how customer needs translate into practical solutions, ranging from device rollouts to energy-conscious workplace refreshes that reduce pressure on stretched IT teams.

Major Winners Across Twenty Categories

Several partners were recognised on the night for standout contributions. ASI Solutions secured two highly contested awards, Education Partner of the Year and PC Partner of the Year, reflecting its influence across the local education and device markets.

Ingram Micro earned recognition for its breadth of work through wins in Print Distribution and Marketing Excellence, while Dicker Data was acknowledged for Distribution Specialisation and Poly Distribution Partner of the Year.

The ceremony paused for a moment of reflection as Data#3 National Practice Manager, Paula Fountain, was inducted into the HP Hall of Fame for her long-standing leadership in the channel. “Tonight I’m short of words,” she said. “I have to say this brand and the people that represent the HP brand is a brand that I really care about and I love the community I work with.”

Fountain added that the recognition felt unexpected. “I love the people that I work with and I love my job. I feel like I’m a bit young to get this award and I want to say thank you to HP. It’s a great partnership and company to be representing every day that I get up.”

Strengthening The Partner Community

The Partner Awards mark a continued effort to reinforce the strength of the channel ecosystem supporting HP’s Australian business. The vendor said the recognised partners delivered measurable outcomes across performance, growth, customer value and leadership during the year.

The event closed with a focus on the role the partner community plays in shaping hybrid work and delivering sustainable technology outcomes for customers across Australia.
