GHD has reported gross revenue above AUD 3 billion in its latest Year in Review, marking another period of growth across its global operations.
The report covers the year ending 30 June 2025 and outlines performance across regions, acquisitions and strategic priorities for the year ahead.
Revenue Growth Across Key Regions
GHD’s CEO, Jim Giannopoulos, said the latest results reflect continued momentum across the business and improvements in several operational areas.
“Our strong financial results continue to deliver value to our employee shareholders and opportunities for our employees, while our performance in health and safety, client satisfaction and sustainability also improved over the past year,” Giannopoulos said.
He said these outcomes align with the company’s purpose and values.
The company’s Year in Review shows 49 per cent of revenue was generated in Asia Pacific, 46 per cent in the Americas and 5 per cent in Europe and the Middle East.
Expansion Through Acquisition
The company’s capability expansion included the acquisition of RIM Architects in July 2024. The move extends GHD’s architectural presence in the United States and supports its growth strategy in the US Federal market.
The firm said strengthened architecture and design capability positions it for new long-term programs across government and commercial sectors.

Giannopoulos said the business continues to set its direction with a focus on client partnerships and long-term community outcomes.
