Excite Technology Services Limited has won a $1.35 million, 12-month contract to provide Nuix software licensing and solutions to a major Australian regulator.
The deal, awarded through Excite’s wholly owned subsidiary CBIT Pty Limited, covers delivery of Nuix Neo Discover and related tools to support discovery, automation, and forensic analysis requirements.
Excite Chief Executive Officer, Bryan Saba, said the contract builds on the company’s long-standing partnership with Nuix.
“This contract demonstrates the strength of our relationship with Nuix and our joint commitment to delivering solutions that matter for critical government functions,” Saba said. “We are particularly grateful to Nuix for recognising Excite’s contributions with the 2025 Global Social Impact ‘Force for Good’ Award. It is a privilege to partner with an organisation that not only drives innovation but also values the positive impact we can create together.”
Nuix, an international software firm, develops technology that helps governments, regulators, corporations and advisory firms turn vast amounts of unstructured data into actionable intelligence. Its platforms are widely used in eDiscovery, digital investigations, cyber security, and regulatory compliance.
