Asus lifted the lid on its 2026 laptop (and desktop) line-up at CES, revealing a refreshed range of laptops, desktops and all-in-one PCs designed for both creative professionals and mainstream users. Headlining the announcements were the new dual-screen Zenbook Duo, a GoPro-branded ProArt PX13 convertible, and a range of Ai-enabled Zenbook, Vivobook and ProArt systems powered by AMD, Intel and Snapdragon chips.

Asus is positioning the limited-edition ProArt GoPro Edition (PX13) as a mobile creative studio for content creators using GoPro hardware. The rugged 13-inch convertible includes GoPro Cloud access, a dedicated GoPro Hotkey for rapid launch of the GoPro Player app, and the preloaded StoryCube app, which uses Ai to sort and tag footage based on activity, device metadata and location data.

Asus said the ProArt GoPro Edition has been co-designed with GoPro to deliver a field-ready experience, from the black metal finish and blue-accented keyboard to the custom storage foam that can be modified to hold specific GoPro gear. Each unit includes a 12-month GoPro Premium+ subscription with unlimited cloud storage.

The PX13 is powered by an AMD Ryzen Ai Max+ 395 processor with a 50 TOPS NPU and supports up to 128 GB of unified memory. The 3K OLED touchscreen is paired with stylus support and the Asus DialPad for tactile editing control. The 1.39 kg chassis supports 360-degree hinge operation and is MIL-STD-810H certified.

Also featured was the updated Zenbook Duo, now built around dual 14-inch 3K OLED displays, housed in a refined Ceraluminum chassis. The updated hinge system eliminates gaps between screens when laid flat, and the system now includes a 99 Wh dual-battery setup for extended operation.

Powered by Intel’s Core Ultra X9 Series 3 processor, the Duo includes enhanced cooling and a detachable Bluetooth keyboard that can be stored magnetically between the displays. Asus claims the new design delivers a 28 per cent thermal improvement over previous models and supports up to 45W sustained power draw.

New ScreenXpert software enables drag-and-drop control across the dual display setup, and includes pop-up options for content preview, screen sharing and annotation when used in flat mode.

Zenbook A-Series Targets Mobile Creators

The Zenbook A16 and A14 models introduce the Snapdragon X2 Elite platform to Asus’s creator-focused notebooks. The A16 offers a 16-inch 3K OLED display in a 1.2 kg Ceraluminum chassis, while the A14 delivers a sub-1 kg experience with up to 35 hours of video playback on a single charge.

Both models support Copilot+ PC features and include integrated NPUs capable of 80 TOPS Ai performance, along with six-speaker sound and fanless designs for quiet mobile operation.

The redesigned Zenbook S series, including the CES Innovation Award-winning S14, adds either AMD Ryzen Ai 400 Series or Intel Core Ultra processors, improved thermal systems, and colour-accurate 3K OLED displays.

Beyond the GoPro Edition, Asus also revealed a standard ProArt PX13 convertible and a new detachable ProArt PZ14 tablet.

The PX13 shares the AMD Ryzen Ai Max+ 395 chip and OLED display with the GoPro Edition but adds support for MuseTree, Asus’s generative video tool. MuseTree can generate storyboard simulations using AMD’s Hummingbird models, and supports local execution of quantised LLMs for idea generation and content generation.

The PZ14, powered by an 18-core Snapdragon X2 Elite processor, features an 80 TOPS NPU, a detachable Bluetooth keyboard and stylus support via Asus Pen 3.0. Weighing just 0.79 kg, the tablet includes a 14-inch OLED display with a 144 Hz variable refresh rate, Dolby Vision, and colour accuracy targeting Delta E <1.

The detachable design targets creatives in motion, and Asus said the PZ14 delivers high-end performance in a portable chassis tested for military-grade durability.

Vivobook S Models Bring Ai Features To Mainstream Segment

Asus Vivobook S3

Targeted at students and budget-conscious users, the Vivobook S14 and S16 bring Ai functionality to lower price points. The range includes configurations with Intel Core Ultra, AMD Ryzen Ai 400, or Snapdragon X2 Elite processors. Devices ship with Copilot+ features including Ai noise cancelling, Windows Studio Effects and Pluton security modules.

Vivobook models support WUXGA or 2.5K IPS panels, Dolby Atmos sound and Ai-enhanced webcams. Weight starts at 1.35 kg with a thickness of 1.59 cm, and select 16-inch models are available in a Mist Blue finish.

Security features include biometric login via Windows Hello, as well as Asus Voice Print for personalised access.

Ai-Enabled Desktops And AiOs Expand Reach Of Copilot+ PCs

For the desktop segment, Asus announced the V700 and V500 mini tower PCs, along with the VM441QA AiO – billed as the first Snapdragon-powered all-in-one PC.

The V700 mini tower features AMD Ryzen Ai 7 chips with over 50 TOPS of NPU performance and optional Nvidia RTX 5060 graphics. The design includes wood-grain accents and ambient lighting aimed at home environments. It also includes enhanced cooling and a low-noise design for extended operation.

The VM441QA AiO uses a Snapdragon processor and includes a 23.8-inch FHD display, Dolby Atmos speakers and Ai-based webcam enhancements. Designed for home office use, the AiO is compact, power efficient and fanless.

Ecosystem Integration And Cross-Device Features

Asus also promoted GlideX, its cross-device productivity software compatible with Windows, Android and iOS. GlideX enables screen sharing, camera integration and file transfers, and can mirror multiple smartphone displays to a single PC.

The interface presents all connected devices in a unified control panel, and Asus said its own optimisations offer smoother performance than competing cross-platform tools.

New accessories round out the 2026 range, including a ProArt Backpack with weather-resistant materials, a ProArt Mouse with swappable buttons and 8,000 DPI tracking, and the ProArt Keyboard with optical switches and a customisable touch panel.

No Australian pricing or release dates have been confirmed for the new Asus 2026 Ai PC lineup.
