Asus has been recognised by Newsweek as one of the World’s Most Trustworthy Companies for the second year in a row.
The recognition highlights confidence from consumers, investors and employees, with the technology hardware company pointing to its focus on design thinking, sustainability and supply chain transparency as key factors behind the ranking.
Focus On Culture And Transparency
Newsweek’s list assesses companies on product reliability, leadership, compensation and treatment of employees. For Asus, those factors align with its “people-first” culture.
“At Asus, our Design Thinking approach and people-first culture empower teams to innovate, support employee well-being, and embrace emerging technologies,” said Co-CEO, S.Y. Hsu. “By doing so, we deliver products that consistently earn the confidence of customers, investors and employees.”
Co-CEO, Samson Hu, added that transparency in operations underpins long-term trust. “A transparent and resilient supply chain is essential for long-term trust,” Hu said. “By ensuring quality, fair treatment of employees, and responsible practices, we consistently earn the confidence of customers, investors and employees.”
Role Of Ai Strategy
The company has tied its trust strategy to its Ubiquitous Ai. Incredible Possibilities program. Asus is positioning Ai across public and private clouds, edge systems and consumer devices, with an aim to make the technology more accessible.
The program is framed as balancing performance with sustainability, targeting use cases from personal computing to smart healthcare, retail and manufacturing. Asus also said its Ai work was backed by strong R&D and global partnerships.
The company has emphasised its role in Ai PCs, gaming and servers, sectors it says are central to its growth strategy.
Newsweek Methodology
The World’s Most Trustworthy Companies 2025 is the third edition of the ranking, covering 1,000 companies across 23 industries and 20 countries.
The survey considers the views of customers, investors and employees. Criteria include product quality, management competence, corporate values, governance and opportunities for career development.
Newsweek said the ranking aims to highlight companies that demonstrate consistent reliability and transparency, and that cultivate trust across all levels of their operations.
Asus said the back-to-back recognition reinforced its focus on employee engagement, sustainable innovation and building confidence among stakeholders worldwide.
