Andersen Consulting has signed a collaboration agreement with Ventum Consulting, a Germany-based business transformation and technology consulting firm, as it looks to extend the reach of its global consulting platform.
The deal brings Ventum’s capabilities in digital transformation, enterprise agility, product development, data-driven innovation and emerging technologies including AI into the Andersen Consulting fold.
Bridging business and technology
Ventum Consulting works with organisations to connect business strategy with technology execution, delivering solutions across strategy, process optimisation and IT implementation.
The firm’s service portfolio spans data and AI, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, sustainability, cloud transformation and agile enablement, among other areas.
Its client base stretches across the automotive and manufacturing, financial services and insurance, healthcare and life sciences and public sector verticals.
Hajo Borste, Partner at Ventum Consulting, described the collaboration as a way to scale the firm’s reach without losing its identity.
