Aleph is set to convene the seventh edition of its Executive Education Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, gathering senior executives from around the world for a five-day program centred on artificial intelligence.

The invitation-only program will run from September 6 to 10 on the Stanford GSB campus, marking the first time it has been held since 2021.

Stanford case study precedes return

The program returns after a five-year gap during which Aleph expanded to more than 130 markets, roughly doubling its footprint since the previous edition. It is also the first iteration since Stanford GSB published a case study examining the company’s two-decade growth.

The case study, titled “Aleph: A Collaborative Advantage,” was published in 2025 and traced the company’s trajectory from a startup to a global enabler connecting businesses in high-growth markets with digital platforms.

Aleph now operates across more than 130 markets, partners with more than 50 digital platforms and maintains teams in more than 90 offices worldwide.

Faculty from across Stanford GSB

The program will be led by the Sanwa Bank Professor of Marketing at Stanford GSB, Baba Shiv, who has anchored the program since its earliest editions, alongside the King Philanthropies Professor of Marketing, Jonathan Levav.

Over five days, participants will take part in faculty-led sessions, strategic discussions and curated peer exchanges, with access to both faculty and peers navigating similar business decisions.

The faculty roster also includes the Atholl McBean Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources, Hayagreeva Rao, co-author of “Scaling Up Excellence,” and the Frank E. Buck Professor of Management, Charles O’Reilly.

Professor of Organizational Behavior, Amir Goldberg, whose research applies AI and data science to how organisations function, will also participate, alongside the Adams Distinguished Professor of Management, Margaret Neale, an authority on negotiation and team performance. The group pairs Stanford GSB research with executive practice.

A room built for peer exchange

A distinguishing feature of the program is the makeup of the room itself. It brings together CEOs and senior executives who rarely have the opportunity to sit alongside peers of comparable standing outside their own organisations.

Stanford GSB’s campus provides the backdrop for off-the-record exchange, a format that has been part of the program since its earliest editions. The program is open only to selected participants by invitation.

The CEO and Founder of Aleph, Gastón Taratuta, pointed to the pace of change facing global organisations as a driving force behind the program’s return.

“We are living through a compression of change that has no real precedent. Markets that took years to develop are being reshaped in months, and organizations that do not build the capacity to learn and adapt will not lead,” Taratuta commented.

“That is why we keep bringing leaders back to Stanford GSB. Across every edition, we have believed that the future belongs to those who never stop learning, and that the relationships built in rooms like these are among the most durable foundations for growth.”

Fintech expansion broadens the program

This edition also reflects Aleph’s expansion beyond media and advertising. Local Payment by Aleph, the company’s fintech arm, is bringing senior leaders from the payments industry across Latin America and Asia-Pacific into the program.

The inclusion broadens a participant group that has historically been anchored in digital advertising, introducing perspectives on cross-border payments and financial infrastructure into the mix.

Aleph describes itself as a global operator in digital advertising and fintech solutions. With more than 20 years in the industry, the company connects media, payments and local market expertise to help platforms and businesses operate globally. The company also runs an education initiative, Digital Ad Expert, which is a member of UNESCO’s Global Skills Academy.

The seventh edition of the program runs September 6 to 10 on the Stanford GSB campus.
