Why Should You Buy Creatine Online

Let’s face it, one of our gym goals is to gain more muscle definition, increase our total strength and also alleviate the unwanted side effects we associate with high-intensity training. But, at least in the case of some, the genetic signature with which we’re born could work against us.

Are you naturally lean, and no matter how much you try, it seems like your muscles refuse to cooperate and follow your ingrained ambition? If so, perhaps investing in pure creatine will be a worthwhile endeavour. For no less than five years, I continued my fitness journey without utilising any sort of supplements. Whether we are talking about electrolytes or creatine, I stubbornly refused any type of association with supplements that might give me an edge.

I wanted to be all natural, and oh boy, I was wrong.  The thing is, even though creatine is widely known nowadays as a supplement that can boost sporting performance, in reality, creatine is naturally found in our body and has a crucial role in the production of ATP. So, if you decide to buy creatine, I think this will be a great milestone in your fitness journey.

Think Of the Convenience

Why should you buy creatine online? Well, it’s simply easier. At one point, I lived in Mayanup, which is a small, like really small, town in Western Australia that’s known only because I mentioned it in this article. That’s it, that’s Mayanup’s contribution to our country’s history.

But, while it was fun to live in a town this small, the main problem I experienced was that I was unable to continue my fitness journey at a rate that would actually positively contribute to my gains. I was ready to shift my attention from gym work to bodyweight training. However, what I was not expecting was not to have any type of supplement options near my home.

Even though I was living pretty much in the middle of nowhere, postal services were still surprisingly punctual and I received my parcels with a surprisingly accurate timeline. In my case, the fact that I didn’t have any decent options offline was the main reason why I eventually decided to get my supplementation online for the foreseeable future.

But Why Did I Decide to Finally Buy Creatine?

Honestly? I grew out of the misinformation bubble I’ve surrounded myself with and started to do my own research about the potential benefits of natural supplements for increasing sporting performance. Pure creatine is one of the most studied supplements available in Australia, and its effects on the human body are hard to ignore. Your sporting performance goes hand in hand with your cellular production of ATP.

Creatine directly boosts its production, and thus can give you that extra 1% of performance, in moments when you feel you have reached your limit. What is the first thing you will notice when taking pure creatine? More strength. And with time, your body’s musculature definition will become noticeable as well.

Creatine increases the amount of water available in your cells, which makes your muscles look bigger, and there is also research out there that signals its efficiency in protein synthesis. With time, you should notice more muscle mass, your workouts should last for longer, and perhaps most importantly, your recovery times will be shortened. This actually is the main reason why I changed my mind completely about supplements. There isn’t anything noble in refusing to take supplements and letting your body suffer from the painful effects of high-intensity workouts.

What Is the Science Behind It?

Creatine is scientifically proven to help with recovery after intense exercise, and it’s also the most well-studied supplement, widely available for the Australian market. When you buy creatine, you don’t go for a product that’s artificially made. Rather, creatine is a compound produced in our liver, pancreas and kidneys, that, in the human body, is mostly stored in the muscles surrounding our skeletal system. Creatine is popular, safe, effective, and it can be looked at as your body’s main source of energy during intensive exercise that challenges your short-fibered muscles.

Your body pretty much runs on adenosine triphosphate, but due to evolutionary constraints, the human body can store only around three seconds’ worth of ATP in our muscles. This means you are capable of increased shows of strength. But biologically speaking, you are not built to sustain them. In the human body, creatine is catalysed into phosphocreatine by creatine kinase, and the end result is an extremely fast, but alas limited, boost of ATP, during high-intensity physical exertion.

Moreover, in the human brain, creatine can improve the energy buffer between neurons by increasing the intracellular growth of PCr. This, in turn, lets the brain obtain its energy demands directly from ADP. Creatine can reduce oxidative stress and inflammation in the muscle-brain axis, and therefore, is currently researched as a potential treatment for neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s.

Can Pure Creatine Help Even If You Are Not Working Out?

Not everyone is as keen to stay in shape as you, me, and our grandmothers. The most visible benefits of creatine supplementation are related to muscle performance, endurance and better progression in the gym. But, if you take pure creatine, and you don’t currently work out, chances are the changes you will mostly see will relate to your cognitive function.

During high-intensity sports, your body’s number one consumer of ATP will be your muscles. That said, for periods of intensive mental exertion, your brain will start to dig into its stored ATP reserve. Our brain is not a muscle. But sometimes it is even more resource-greedy than they are. Creatine, if taken while you are not currently working out, can potentially increase your mental performance, help with prolonged fatigue and fix your sleep schedule.

Likewise, even if you don’t currently work out, pure creatine could at least help you maintain muscle mass and reduce breakdown during periods of inactivity. Should you buy creatine online? The answer, in almost all cases, is a resounding yes. Creatine is a wonderfully flexible supplement, is great both for our muscles and our brain, and when purchased online, it’s probably one of the greatest investments you can make for your wellbeing.
